Itinerary

Day 0: Hanoi – Ha Giang

  • Hanoi → Ha Giang: Picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (07:30pm – 08:00pm).

  • Departure: Sleeper bus leaves Hanoi at 09:00pm.

  • Arrival (03:30am): Arrive in Ha Giang city and check into a dorm room for a few hours of rest.

  • 09:00am – Briefing: Meet your English-speaking guide and easy rider to start the “Ha Giang Loop tour.”

  • Bac Sum → Quan Ba: Conquer Bac Sum Pass, visit Quan Ba Heaven Gate and the Twin Mountains.

  • Lung Khuy Cave: Explore the magnificent Lung Khuy Cave, one of the most beautiful caves on the plateau.

  • Can Ty Pass: Navigate through the scenic Can Ty Pass on the way to Yen Minh.

  • 05:00pm – Check-in: Overnight in Yen Minh with dinner and a “Happy water – Sunset party.”

  • 08:00am – Departure: Travel through the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.

  • Tham Ma Pass → Vuong Palace: Conquer the legendary Tham Ma switchbacks and visit the historic H’mong King’s Palace.

  • Ma Pi Leng Pass: Experience the “Happiness Road” and trek the breathtaking Sky Path for a panoramic view of Nho Que River.

  • 05:30pm – Check-in: Arrive in Meo Vac for dinner and an overnight stay at a homestay/hostel.

  • 09:00am – Departure: Head to the river for a boat trip on the emerald Nho Que River.

  • M-shape → Ban An: See the unique M-shape rock formation and explore Ban An stream/cave.

  • Lung Ho → Du Gia Village: Ride through Lung Ho Village and arrive at Du Gia to experience the local atmosphere.

  • 05:00pm – Check-in: Enjoy dinner and a “Happy water – Sunset party” at your homestay.

  • 09:00am: Explore Du Gia village, hike to the waterfalls, and enjoy swimming.

  • Duong Thuong Village: Discover the peaceful culture of Duong Thuong Village on the return journey.

  • 03:00pm – End Tour: Arrive back in Ha Giang city. You can take a free shower at the hostel.

  • 08:30pm: Board the sleeper bus for your return journey to Hanoi.
